Just like to say Thankyou for everything .. beautiful comfy rooms .. great bathrooms .. incomprehensible knowledge and help .. tempting plentiful breakfasts .. and perfect hosts .. we so enjoyed our stay all 9 of us .. and will probably be back to haunt you again 😀🏍
Stayed 16-17-18 July words cannot explain how good this place is, like being at home, Ian and Carol wonderful people stayed here last year same result thanks for looking after us and all the info about the things to see and do wished I lived here thanks again Dave Foster and the boys.
Hello you all...... We can only recomend this wonderful B&B in Dun sur Meuse. Not only very good rooms, beds and breakfest but also perfect hosts. Carol and Ian made our stay (4 nights) the most plesant in a long time. Carol's power for the garage doorhandle and Ian's knowlidge are unbelieveble!
We hope you all wil enjoy youre stay as much as we did!!!! Thanks Carol and Ian!
Well what can i say? A big big thank you to Carol and Ian for not only making us very welcome indeed but also for memories that last forever!
Everyone that arrives is greeted from the terrace over looking the River Meusse, its almost like watching concerned parents waiting for their own children to return! Carol is like a merekat scanning the roads across the bridge awaiting new arrivals, Ian makes it his duty to help people with their bikes and riding etc and its this heartfelt care and attention must be a major factor in people returning time and time again! ( I know i will be !)
They started this wonderful venture as a retirement hobby but when you stay here you will quickly realise that Carol and Ian care a lot! its not about the money, if it was it would be sold off by now (yeah its up for sale but please dont tell anyone....they'll have to keep it then and we can visit more!!!)
If travelling through Northern France or Belgium then put this place on your list of places to stay!
You will not be disappointed I promise. Its ideally located, comfortable and has everything you will need. I honestly wish I was back there now and will definitely return again and spend some time in the town itself as its a lovely place, however we were there to see all the War memorials from WW1 and WW2.
Nothing is too much trouble for Carol and Ian and they will while away a morning, afternoon or an evening sharing stories galore. From our first introduction, i felt so comfortable in their company and completely relaxed as if i had known them for many years!
So, until we see you again, Thankyou for our fantastic stay, ride safe and take care!
PLEASE DONT SELL !!! We will be back!

This is my 2nd stay at Two Wheel Moorings 1st time was last year when touring Europe with my wife Nicky we both loved it, we went on and on and on about the house, the town, the food in the Italian restaurant over the road and the little kebab place up the road so much so that this year i decided to go with a couple of my mate Steve (Spads) Woods and Andy (The Baron) Davies. We set off from Ardres near Calais and went on a bit of a sightseeing tour. After eventually setting off for Carol and Ian's place after having a superb day and ride "BANG" it went pair shaped Andy came off his bike on a sharp bend (hot tarmac the road was literally baking) most of the damage was cosmetic and Andy's pride was hurt more than he was considering his bike is only 2 months old, anyway the problem we had was his right side foot peg snapped clean off (we were still 58 miles away) eventually we got there at a snails pace thinking our holiday was over before it had begun but nope Superman Ian turned up made us go inside and have a cold beer on the house then went about putting a make shift foot peg on Andy's bike for him that lasted the whole trip and got him back home to Liverpool (Ian the 3 of us all agreed that like superman you should be wearing a pair of red under crackers outside your jeans like Superman.....(Massive Thanks Mate).....Carol thanks for looking after us the breakfasts were spot on, See you both next year we hope we are already planning it. THANK YOU both.
27th May to 31st May......Yet again a superb stay with Carol and Ian. Six intrepid bikers from Maidstone, UK (would have been 7 but one failed to make the Ferry) and "Agnes" stayed for four nights. Made to feel very welcome and part of the family, nothing was too much trouble.
An excellent place to stay, highly recommend this B&B and its location is ideal for ride-outs. We ventured into Belgium and Luxembourg and covered 1,000 miles. (Great recommendation Ian)
A real gem of a place and we have already booked for next year's tour!!
Thanks,
Kenny
Hi Ian & Carol, just wanted to say a great big THANK YOU for our recent time spent with you. Its was our fourth visit and as always your hospitality was faultless. You are both so accommodating and knowledgeable of the area. The scenery in the area is wonderful and your suggested routes were perfect! The route to Vouzier along the 123 etc was excellent. We hope to visit you again before you retire! Best of luck with everything and thank you again.
love from Ivana & Ken

Hello Ian and Carol,

Thanks again for the most wonderful and comfortable stay in your beautiful house. We arrived in France without any specific plan and your knowledge and enthusiasm for the area provided us with sights that are a must see and memories that will stay with us forever. You both wemt beyond anything we expected and always having a brew on. Thanks again and enjoy your own holiday when it comes. .......................PS sorry again for bringing the bangy thing back that I found !
Stayed with Ian and Carol for one night in mid September, a corner of France that will be forever England. Excellent place to stop off. Warm welcome and cold beer on arrival, spotless room and secure bike parking. Nothing is too much, make sure you book early.

Greetings Carol and Ian!

As promised, a post for your guestbook.

We stopped off at Two Wheel Moorings the beginning of September for one night en route back to Cherbourg. Carol and Ian provided an extremely warm, friendly welcome, a spotless room and a constant flow of red wine (and all at a very reasonable price)!! As bikers, we found the first floor rooms did not provide any mobility issues and although there was nothing to do in Dun Sur Meuse we managed to entertain ourselves sufficiently. (Carol, that one was for you!! Ha, ha, ha!! And Ian, Richard thoroughly enjoyed the tour of your living room!!)

Absolutely faultless accommodation in a beautiful rural village. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be seeing you both again.
Thank's to Ian, he gave two german offroader the best tip to get a new handlebar for the broken one on their KTM.
Hello Carol an Ian,

My best English isn't probably good enough but i shall do my best. (In Dutch it is much easier for me)

I would like to thank you for your hospitallity during our stay last week. You were verry kind and helpfull.

During our trip from your place to Les-Tronces we have had some verry verry bad weather near Bar-Le-Duc. But we all kept our bikes with the shiny side up. Atleast now we know where the Bar-Le- Duc water comes from.

Greetings Mirjam, Theo and the rest of the guys.

I arrived with our group on Sunday 17th June and left sat 23 rd and the week was fab for me personally as Ian kindly fixed the bike and taught me a few things in the process !!, I would like to say the hotel was one of the best i have been in for cleanliness and the hospitality was second to none. The place was smack in the middle of everywhere with easy riding distances to see everything from war cemetery's and museum's, towns and all sorts of interesting things to pop and have a look at. Ian you are a top man and I cant't say thanks enough, not only for the fix but your help and advice on riding were invaluable to a novice rider as myself. Cheers mate..
We stayed here over the weekend (25/26/27th May 2012)
The reception that greeted us, from Ian and Carol, was perfect and the cold beer priceless!!! Three of us travelled from Kent in one hit, on the recommendation of one of our group who had stayed here before....We were not disappointed! great service, rooms and guests.
Ideal location, with the most perfect riding, on some of the best roads, with the best scenery......Bliss.
Really recommend these guys, you will not be disappointed and you may even get your bike over 71mph!!

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel, during our off road trips in the neighbourhouds of Dun-sur-Meusse. Last year we stayed also in the hotel of Carol and Ian. The hotel is really recommendable for bikers ! The rooms, showers, breakfast and surroundings are perfect. Bikes can be placed in the garage. All a biker need. We drove 2 times in the rain with as result wet clothes, gloves, helmets, boots. It was not likely te be dry the next morning. Carol took good care of us and dryed everything in the special drying room. Perfect service !
